Large crowds followed him, and he healed them there.

Some people ¹  came bringing to him a paralytic, carried by four of them. ² 

My whole body is sick because of your judgment; ¹  I am deprived of health because of my sin. ² 

Their insults are painful ¹  and make me lose heart; ²  I look ³  for sympathy, but receive none, ⁴  for comforters, but find none.

When you find ¹  honey, eat only what is sufficient for you, lest you become stuffed ²  with it and vomit it up. ³ 

For this reason ¹  the sovereign master, the Lord who commands armies, will make his healthy ones emaciated. ²  His majestic glory will go up in smoke. ³ 

Now when Jesus learned of this, he went away from there. Great ¹  crowds ²  followed him, and he healed them all.

They begged him if ¹  they could only touch the edge of his cloak, and all who touched it were healed.

When they were not able to bring him in because of the crowd, they removed the roof ¹  above Jesus. ²  Then, ³  after tearing it out, they lowered the stretcher the paralytic was lying on.

But the news about him spread even more, ¹  and large crowds were gathering together to hear him ²  and to be healed of their illnesses.

and a woman was there ¹  who had been disabled by a spirit ²  for eighteen years. She ³  was bent over and could not straighten herself up completely. ⁴ 

When ¹  Jesus saw her, he called her to him ²  and said, “Woman, ³  you are freed ⁴  from your infirmity.” ⁵ 

If a man has sexual intercourse with a menstruating woman and uncovers her nakedness, he has laid bare her fountain of blood and she has exposed the fountain of her blood, so both of them ¹  must be cut off from the midst of their people.

but a whole month, ¹  until it comes out your nostrils and makes you sick, ²  because you have despised ³  the Lord who is among you and have wept before him, saying, “Why ⁴  did we ever come out of Egypt?”’”

מ (Mem) He sent down fire ¹  into my bones, and it overcame ²  them. He spread out a trapper’s net ³  for my feet; he made me turn back. He has made me desolate; I am faint all day long.

But the Lord struck Pharaoh and his household with severe diseases ¹  because of Sarai, Abram’s wife.

After all this happened, the Lord afflicted him with an incurable intestinal disease. ¹ 

I ¹  have refused ²  to touch such things; ³  they are like loathsome food to me. ⁴ 

Or a person is chastened ¹  by pain on his bed, and with the continual strife of his bones, ² 

I am absolutely terrified, ¹  and you, Lord – how long will this continue? ²
