Now I know that the Lord is greater than all the gods, for in the thing in which they dealt proudly against them he has destroyed them.” ¹ 

“You must not oppress ¹  a foreigner, since you know the life ²  of a foreigner, for you were foreigners in the land of Egypt.

Moses ¹  said, “Do not leave us, ²  because you know places for us to camp in the wilderness, and you could be our guide. ³ 

¹ Moses ²  sent messengers from Kadesh to the king of Edom: ³  “Thus says your brother Israel: ‘You know all the hardships we have experienced, ⁴ 

“But if you do not do this, then look, you will have sinned ¹  against the Lord. And know that your sin will find you out.

But your wives, children, and livestock (of which I know you have many) may remain in the cities I have given you.

They include the Anakites, ¹  a numerous ²  and tall people whom you know about and of whom it is said, “Who is able to resist the Anakites?”

You have eaten no bread and drunk no wine or beer – all so that you might know that I ¹  am the Lord your God!

“(For you know how we lived in the land of Egypt and how we crossed through the nations as we traveled.

They went and served other gods and worshiped them, gods they did not know and that he did not permit them to worship. ¹ 

But the woman hid the two men ¹  and replied, “Yes, these men were clients of mine, ²  but I didn’t know where they came from.

They were left to test Israel, so the Lord would know if his people would obey the commands he gave their ancestors through Moses. ¹

So she slept beside him ¹  until morning. She woke up while it was still dark. ²  Boaz thought, ³  “No one must know that a woman visited the threshing floor.” ⁴ 

David said to the young man ¹  who was telling him this, “How do you know that Saul and his son Jonathan are dead?” ² 

If you ever do leave and cross the Kidron Valley, know for sure that you will certainly die! You will be responsible for your own death.” ¹ 

The woman said to Elijah, “Now I know that you are a prophet and that the Lord really does speak through you.” ¹ 

Answer me, O Lord, answer me, so these people will know that you, O Lord, are the true God ¹  and that you are winning back their allegiance.” ² 

Now, O Lord our God, rescue us from his power, so that all the kingdoms of the earth will know that you, Lord, are the only God.”

And ¹  you will know ²  that your home ³  will be secure, ⁴  and when you inspect ⁵  your domains, you will not be missing ⁶  anything.
