The doorposts of the outer sanctuary were square. In front of the sanctuary one doorpost looked just like the other.

Then the Lord will go to battle ¹  and fight against those nations, just as he fought battles in ancient days. ² 

So Abram left, ¹  just as the Lord had told him to do, ²  and Lot went with him. (Now ³  Abram was 75 years old ⁴  when he departed from Haran.)

Rebekah stands here before you. Take her and go so that she may become ¹  the wife of your master’s son, just as the Lord has decided.” ²

We must go ¹  on a three-day journey ²  into the desert and sacrifice ³  to the Lord our God, just as he is telling us.” ⁴ 

But the Lord hardened ¹  Pharaoh’s heart, and he did not listen to them, just as the Lord had predicted to Moses.

When you enter the land that the Lord will give to you, just as he said, you must observe ¹  this ceremony.

So they put it aside until the morning, just as Moses had commanded, and it did not stink, nor were there any worms in it.

So Joshua fought against Amalek just as Moses had instructed him; ¹ and Moses and Aaron and Hur went up to the top of the hill.

You are to make the altar hollow, out of boards. Just as it was shown you ¹  on the mountain, so they must make it. ²

He put ¹  them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod as stones of memorial for the Israelites, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

The sash was of fine twisted linen and blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, the work of an embroiderer, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

They attached to it a blue cord, to attach it to the turban above, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.
