“On the eighth day he must bring them for his purification to the priest at the entrance ¹  of the Meeting Tent before the Lord,

then the priest is to command that the stones that had the infection in them be pulled and thrown ¹  outside the city ²  into an unclean place.

He must tear down the house, ¹  its stones, its wood, and all the plaster of the house, and bring all of it ²  outside the city to an unclean place.

and he is to send the live bird away outside the city ¹  into the open countryside. So he is to make atonement for the house and it will be clean.

If the man with a discharge spits on a person who is ceremonially clean, ¹  that person must wash his clothes, bathe in water, and be unclean until evening.

“‘When a man has a seminal emission, ¹  he must bathe his whole body in water ²  and be unclean until evening,

the one who is sick in her menstruation, the one with a discharge, whether male or female, ¹  and a man ²  who has sexual intercourse with an unclean woman.’”

He must not go out from the sanctuary and must not profane ¹  the sanctuary of his God, because the dedication of the anointing oil of his God is on him. I am the Lord.

or a man who touches a swarming thing by which he becomes unclean, ¹  or touches a person ²  by which he becomes unclean, whatever that person’s impurity ³  –

and you must set them in two rows, six in a row, ¹  on the ceremonially pure table before the Lord.

If what is vowed is an unclean animal from which an offering must not be presented to the Lord, then he must stand the animal before the priest,

“Command the Israelites to expel ¹  from the camp every leper, ²  everyone who has a discharge, ³  and whoever becomes defiled by a corpse. ⁴ 

He must not defile himself even ¹  for his father or his mother or his brother or his sister if they die, ²  because the separation ³  for ⁴  his God is on his head.

The one who burns it ¹  must wash his clothes in water and bathe himself in water. He will be ceremonially unclean until evening.

“‘For a ceremonially unclean person you must take ¹  some of the ashes of the heifer ²  burnt for purification from sin and pour ³  fresh running ⁴  water over them in a vessel.

Also the pig is ritually impure to you; though it has divided hooves, ¹  it does not chew the cud. You may not eat their meat or even touch their remains.

If there is someone among you who is impure because of some nocturnal emission, ¹  he must leave the camp; he may not reenter it immediately.
