You will be convinced ¹  that I the Lord am your God, dwelling on Zion, my holy mountain. Jerusalem ²  will be holy – conquering armies ³  will no longer pass through it.

If someone carries holy meat in a fold of his garment and that fold touches bread, a boiled dish, wine, olive oil, or any other food, will that item become holy?’” ¹  The priests answered, “It will not.”

On that day the bells of the horses will bear the inscription “Holy to the Lord.” The cooking pots in the Lord’s temple ¹  will be as holy as the bowls in front of the altar. ² 

The angel replied, ¹  “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow ²  you. Therefore the child ³  to be born ⁴  will be holy; ⁵  he will be called the Son of God.

The evildoer must continue to do evil, ¹  and the one who is morally filthy ²  must continue to be filthy. The ³  one who is righteous must continue to act righteously, and the one who is holy must continue to be holy.”

You are to put the atonement lid on the ark of the testimony in the Most Holy Place.

You are to put the turban on his head and put the holy diadem ¹  on the turban.

“You are to take the ram of the consecration and cook ¹  its meat in a holy place. ² 

There I will meet ¹  with the Israelites, and it will be set apart as holy by my glory. ² 

the woven garments, the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments for his sons, to minister as priests,

as well as ¹  to distinguish between the holy and the common, and between the unclean and the clean, ² 

If a priest’s daughter marries a lay person, ¹  she may not eat the holy contribution offerings, ² 

“‘These are the Lord’s appointed times, holy assemblies, which you must proclaim at their appointed time.

On the first day there will be a holy assembly for you; you must not do any regular work. ¹ 

Because that year is a jubilee, it will be holy to you – you may eat its produce ¹  from the field.

This is the service of the Kohathites in the tent of meeting, relating to the most holy things. ¹ 

Every offering ¹  of all the Israelites’ holy things that they bring to the priest will be his.

Every man’s holy things ¹  will be his; whatever any man gives the priest will be his.’”

And on the first day there is to be a holy assembly; you must do no ordinary work ¹  on it.

On the seventh day you are to have a holy assembly, you must do no regular work.
