“There was a rich man who dressed in purple ¹  and fine linen and who feasted sumptuously ²  every day.

Then ¹  the rich man ²  said, ‘No, father Abraham, but if someone from the dead ³  goes to them, they will repent.’

He said, ¹  “In a certain city ²  there was a judge ³  who neither feared God nor respected people. ⁴ 

Now ¹  a certain ruler ²  asked him, “Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” ³ 

As ¹  Jesus ²  approached ³  Jericho, ⁴  a blind man was sitting by the road begging.

Therefore he said, “A nobleman ¹  went to a distant country to receive ²  for himself a kingdom and then return. ³ 

If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you untying it?’ just say, ‘The Lord needs ¹  it.’”

They ¹  blindfolded him and asked him repeatedly, ²  “Prophesy! Who hit you?” ³ 

Then they said to him, “Who are you? Tell us ¹  so that we can give an answer to those who sent us. What do you say about yourself?”

Now a man was there who had been disabled for thirty-eight years. ¹ 

They asked him, “Who is the man who said to you, ‘Pick up your mat ¹  and walk’?” ² 

Who among you can prove me guilty ¹  of any sin? ²  If I am telling you ³  the truth, why don’t you believe me?

Now a certain man named Lazarus was sick. He was from Bethany, the village where Mary and her sister Martha lived. ¹ 

But if anyone walks around at night, ¹  he stumbles, ²  because the light is not in him.”

So Simon Peter ¹  gestured to this disciple ²  to ask Jesus ³  who it was he was referring to. ⁴ 

Then the disciple whom Jesus loved ¹  leaned back against Jesus’ chest and asked him, “Lord, who is it?”

No one has greater love than this – that one lays down his life ¹  for his friends.

and they began selling ¹  their property ²  and possessions and distributing the proceeds ³  to everyone, as anyone had need.

But the man who was unfairly hurting his neighbor pushed ¹  Moses ²  aside, saying, ‘Who made ³  you a ruler and judge over us?
