Who by wisdom can count the clouds, and who can tip over ¹  the water jars of heaven,

O God, invincible warrior, ¹  come back! Look down from heaven and take notice! Take care of this vine,

For he will look down from his sanctuary above; ¹  from heaven the Lord will look toward earth, ² 

He does whatever he pleases in heaven and on earth, in the seas and all the ocean depths.

the one who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, who remains forever faithful, ¹ 

As the heaven is high ¹  and the earth is deep so the hearts of kings are unsearchable. ² 

Then in a night vision the mystery was revealed to Daniel. So Daniel praised ¹  the God of heaven,

“You, O king, are the king of kings. The God of heaven has granted you sovereignty, power, strength, and honor.

While I was watching in my mind’s visions ¹  on my bed, a holy sentinel ²  came down from heaven.

And ¹  a voice from heaven said, ²  “This is my one dear Son; ³  in him ⁴  I take great delight.” ⁵ 

From that time Jesus began to preach this message: ¹  “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near.”

For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is ¹  my brother and sister and mother.”

Now when the Pharisees ¹  and Sadducees ²  came to test Jesus, ³  they asked him to show them a sign from heaven. ⁴ 

At that time the disciples came to Jesus saying, “Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”

In the same way, your Father in heaven is not willing that one of these little ones be lost.

“For this reason, the kingdom of heaven is like a king who wanted to settle accounts with his slaves. ¹ 

“The kingdom of heaven can be compared to a king who gave a wedding banquet for his son.

For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels ¹  in heaven.

And call no one your ‘father’ on earth, for you have one Father, who is in heaven.

And whoever swears by heaven swears by the throne of God and the one who sits on it.
