If only ¹  you would kill the wicked, O God! Get away from me, you violent men! ² 

Let the wicked fall ¹  into their ²  own nets, while I escape. ³ 

The Lord lifts up the oppressed, but knocks ¹  the wicked to the ground.

You will not be afraid ¹  of sudden ²  disaster, ³  or when destruction overtakes ⁴  the wicked; ⁵ 

The Lord’s curse ¹  is on the household ²  of the wicked, ³  but he blesses ⁴  the home ⁵  of the righteous. ⁶ 

Do not enter the path of the wicked or walk ¹  in the way of those who are evil.

The way of the wicked is like gloomy darkness; ¹  they do not know what causes them to stumble. ² 

The wicked ¹  will be captured by his ²  own iniquities, ³  and he will be held ⁴  by the cords of his own sin. ⁵ 

Whoever corrects ¹  a mocker is asking for ²  insult; ³  whoever reproves a wicked person receives ⁴  abuse.

The Lord satisfies ¹  the appetite ²  of the righteous, but he thwarts ³  the craving ⁴  of the wicked.

Blessings ¹  are on the head of the righteous, but the speech ²  of the wicked conceals ³  violence. ⁴ 

The teaching ¹  of the righteous is a fountain of life, ²  but the speech ³  of the wicked conceals ⁴  violence. ⁵ 

What the righteous say ¹  is like ²  the best ³  silver, but what the wicked think ⁴  is of little value. ⁵ 

What the wicked fears ¹  will come on him; what the righteous desire ²  will be granted. ³ 

When the storm ¹  passes through, the wicked are swept away, ²  but the righteous are an everlasting foundation. ³ 

Fearing the Lord ¹  prolongs life, ²  but the life span ³  of the wicked will be shortened. ⁴ 

The righteous will never be moved, but the wicked will not inhabit the land. ¹ 

The lips of the righteous know ¹  what is pleasing, ²  but the speech ³  of the wicked is perverse.

The righteousness of the blameless will make straight their way, ¹  but the wicked person will fall by his own wickedness. ² 

When a wicked person dies, his expectation perishes, ¹  and the hope of his strength ²  perishes. ³
