Dear friend, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, just as it is well with your soul. ¹ 

For I rejoiced greatly when the brothers came and testified to your truth, just as you are living according to the truth. ¹ 

As it is written in Isaiah the prophet, ¹  “Look, I am sending my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way, ² 

So ¹  the disciples left, went ²  into the city, and found things just as he had told them, ³  and they prepared the Passover.

But go, tell his disciples, even Peter, that he is going ahead of you into Galilee. You will see him there, just as he told you.”

So ¹  the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising ²  God for all they had heard and seen; everything was just as they had been told. ³ 

For just as Jonah became a sign to the people of Nineveh, ¹  so the Son of Man will be a sign ²  to this generation. ³ 

Then ¹  some of those who were with us went to the tomb, and found it just as the women had said, but they did not see him.” ² 

John ¹  said, “I am the voice of one shouting in the wilderness, ‘Make straight ²  the way for the Lord,’ ³  as Isaiah the prophet said.”

Our ancestors ¹  ate the manna in the wilderness, just as it is written, ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’” ² 

Just as the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so the one who consumes ¹  me will live because of me.

let the one who believes in me drink. ¹  Just as the scripture says, ‘From within him ²  will flow rivers of living water.’” ³ 

just as the Father knows me and I know the Father – and I lay down my life ¹  for ²  the sheep.

And I know that his commandment is eternal life. ¹  Thus the things I say, I say just as the Father has told me.” ² 

but I am doing just what the Father commanded me, so that the world may know ¹  that I love the Father. ²  Get up, let us go from here.” ³ 

Then they took Jesus’ body and wrapped it, with the aromatic spices, ¹  in strips of linen cloth ²  according to Jewish burial customs. ³ 

So Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. Just as the Father has sent me, I also send you.”

All ¹  of them were filled with the Holy Spirit, and they began to speak in other languages ²  as the Spirit enabled them. ³ 

“But as the time drew near for God to fulfill the promise he had declared to Abraham, ¹  the people increased greatly in number ²  in Egypt,

So the disciples, each in accordance with his financial ability, ¹  decided ²  to send relief ³  to the brothers living in Judea.
