“‘All ¹  animals that divide the hoof but it is not completely split in two ²  and do not chew the cud ³  are unclean to you; anyone who touches them becomes unclean. ⁴ 

so that your feet may stomp ¹  in their blood, and your dogs may eat their portion of the enemies’ corpses.” ² 

Their legs were straight, but the soles of their feet were like calves’ feet. They gleamed ¹  like polished bronze.
