This was now the third time Jesus was revealed to the disciples after he was raised from the dead.

This is the disciple who testifies about these things and has written these things, and we know that his testimony is true.

he took the seven loaves and the fish, and after giving thanks, he broke them and began giving them to the disciples, who then gave them to the crowds. ¹ 

Now ¹  Jesus ²  was praying in a certain place. When ³  he stopped, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John ⁴  taught ⁵  his disciples.”

Then ¹  all the disciples ²  left him and fled.

Then he instructed his disciples not to tell anyone that he was the Christ. ¹ 

Now ¹  when it was evening, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who was also a disciple of Jesus. ² 

Then ¹  they went to a place called Gethsemane, and Jesus ²  said to his disciples, “Sit here while I pray.”

But ¹  some of the Pharisees ²  in the crowd said to him, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples.” ³ 

Now when Jesus ¹  knew that the Pharisees ²  had heard that he ³  was winning ⁴  and baptizing more disciples than John

One of Jesus’ disciples, ¹  Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, said to him,

Now Jesus performed ¹  many other miraculous signs in the presence of the ²  disciples, which are not recorded ³  in this book. ⁴ 

When it was already very early morning, Jesus stood on the beach, but the disciples did not know that it was Jesus.

Meanwhile Saul, still breathing out threats ¹  to murder ²  the Lord’s disciples, went to the high priest

and after taking some food, his strength returned. For several days ¹  he was with the disciples in Damascus,

But when Paul wanted to enter the public assembly, ¹  the disciples would not let him.

When evening came, Jesus and his disciples ¹  went out of the city.
