You must not do anything to the young woman – she has done nothing deserving of death. This case is the same as when someone attacks another person ¹  and murders him,

If someone wishes ¹  to contend ²  with him, he cannot answer ³  him one time in a thousand.

If ¹  he tears down, it cannot be rebuilt; if he imprisons a person, there is no escape. ² 

then let me sow ¹  and let another eat, and let my crops ²  be uprooted.
