The following belonged to the rest of Merari’s descendants: ¹  Within the territory of the tribe of Zebulun: Rimmono ²  and its pasturelands, and Tabor and its pasturelands.

The king of Babylon ordered them to be executed ¹  at Riblah in the territory of Hamath. So Judah was taken into exile away from its land.

and rejected Esau. ¹  I turned Esau’s ²  mountains into a deserted wasteland ³  and gave his territory ⁴  to the wild jackals.”

Their territory started ¹  from Aroer (on the edge of the Arnon Valley), included the city in the middle of the valley, the whole plain of Medeba as far as Dibon,
