My whole body is sick because of your judgment; ¹  I am deprived of health because of my sin. ² 

for they are life to those who find them and healing to one’s entire body. ¹ 

And at the end of your life ¹  you will groan ²  when your flesh and your body are wasted away. ³ 

Then John’s ¹  disciples came and took the body and buried it and went and told Jesus.

He went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. ¹  Then Pilate ordered that it be given to him.

telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came at night and stole his body ¹  while we were asleep.’

At once the bleeding stopped, ¹  and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease.

When John’s ¹  disciples heard this, they came and took his body and placed it in a tomb.

And so, because it was the Jewish day of preparation ¹  and the tomb was nearby, ²  they placed Jesus’ body there.

For just as in one body we have many members, and not all the members serve the same function,

so we who are many are one body in Christ, and individually we are members who belong to one another.

Because there is one bread, we who are many are one body, for we all share the one bread.

For the one who eats and drinks without careful regard ¹  for the body eats and drinks judgment against himself.

But as a matter of fact, God has placed each of the members in the body just as he decided.

so that there may be no division in the body, but the members may have mutual concern for one another.

But someone will say, “How are the dead raised? With what kind of body will they come?”

From now on let no one cause me trouble, for I bear the marks of Jesus on my body. ¹ 

and to reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by which the hostility has been killed. ¹ 

There is one body and one Spirit, just as you too were called to the one hope of your calling,

to equip ¹  the saints for the work of ministry, that is, ²  to build up the body of Christ,
