The servant asked him, “What if the woman is not willing to come back with me ¹  to this land? Must I then ²  take your son back to the land from which you came?”

But if the woman is not willing to come back with you, ¹  you will be free ²  from this oath of mine. But you must not take my son back there!”

You ought to say instead, ¹  “If the Lord is willing, then we will live and do this or that.”

And this is the confidence that we have before him: that ¹  whenever ²  we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

One of them said, “Please come along with your servants.” He replied, “All right, I’ll come.”

but you are not willing to come to me so that you may have life.

For I testify, they gave according to their means and beyond their means. They did so voluntarily, ¹
