For the one who obeys the whole law but fails ¹  in one point has become guilty of all of it. ²

See if there is any idolatrous tendency ¹  in me, and lead me in the reliable ancient path! ² 

lest the Lord see it, and be displeased, ¹  and turn his wrath away from him. ² 

They sweep by like the wind and pass on. ¹  But the one who considers himself a god will be held guilty.” ² 

Peter said to him, “Even if they all fall away, I will not!”

The ¹  Pharisee was astonished when he saw that Jesus ²  did not first wash his hands ³  before the meal.

Jesus replied, ¹  “I performed one miracle ²  and you are all amazed. ³ 

In the law Moses commanded us to stone to death ¹  such women. ²  What then do you say?”

but we preach about a crucified Christ, ¹  a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles.

For this reason also I wrote you: ¹  to test you to see ²  if you are obedient in everything.

Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is led into sin, ¹  and I do not burn with indignation?
