All the gold that was used for the work, in all the work of the sanctuary ¹  (namely, ²  the gold of the wave offering) was twenty-nine talents and 730 shekels, ³  according to the sanctuary shekel.

from thirty years old and upward to fifty years old, everyone who entered to do the work of service and the work of carrying ¹  relating to the tent of meeting –

This is how the lampstand was made: ¹  It was beaten work in gold; ²  from its shaft to its flowers it was beaten work. According to the pattern which the Lord had shown Moses, so he made the lampstand.

So I sent messengers to them saying, “I am engaged in ¹  an important work, and I am unable to come down. Why should the work come to a halt when I leave it to come down to you?”

For the Lord will rise up, as he did at Mount Perazim, ¹  he will rouse himself, as he did in the Valley of Gibeon, ²  to accomplish his work, his peculiar work, to perform his task, his strange task. ³ 

Make the work harder ¹  for the men so they will keep at it ²  and pay no attention to lying words!” ³ 

The slave masters were pressuring ¹  them, saying, “Complete ²  your work for each day, just like when there was straw!”

and with cutting and setting stone, and with cutting wood, to work in all kinds of craftsmanship.

Now the tablets were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God, engraved on the tablets.

and in cutting stones for their setting, ¹  and in cutting wood, to do work in every artistic craft. ² 

They made tunics of fine linen – the work of a weaver, for Aaron and for his sons –

On the first day there will be a holy assembly for you; you must not do any regular work. ¹ 

And on the first day there is to be a holy assembly; you must do no ordinary work ¹  on it.

On the seventh day you are to have a holy assembly, you must do no regular work.

“‘On the eighth day you are to have a holy assembly; you must do no ordinary work on it.

in using gold, silver, bronze, and iron. ¹  Get up and begin the work! May the Lord be with you!”

But as for you, be strong and don’t get discouraged, ¹  for your work will be rewarded.” ² 

Shabbethai and Jozabad, leaders ¹  of the Levites, were in charge of the external work for the temple of God;

On the flinty rock man has set to work ¹  with his hand; he has overturned mountains at their bases. ² 

where your ancestors challenged my authority, ¹  and tried my patience, even though they had seen my work.
