since you are encountering ¹  the same conflict that you saw me face and now hear that I am facing. ² 

since ¹  we heard about your faith in Christ Jesus and the love that you have for all the saints.

Do not lie to one another since you have put off the old man with its practices

since he wants ¹  all people ²  to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

And so, ¹  since we have been justified by his grace, we become heirs with the confident expectation of eternal life.” ² 

For since he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.

He is able to deal compassionately with those who are ignorant and erring, since he also is subject to weakness,

Now when God made his promise to Abraham, since he could swear by no one greater, he swore by himself,

where Jesus our forerunner entered on our behalf, since he became a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek. ¹ 

And since ¹  this was not done without a sworn affirmation – for the others have become priests without a sworn affirmation,

Therefore, brothers and sisters, ¹  since we have confidence to enter the sanctuary by the blood of Jesus,

since I know that my tabernacle will soon be removed, ¹  because ²  our Lord Jesus Christ revealed this to me. ³ 

So the Lord said, “My spirit will not remain in ¹  humankind indefinitely, ²  since ³  they ⁴  are mortal. ⁵  They ⁶  will remain for 120 more years.” ⁷ 

But Abram said, “O sovereign Lord, ¹  what will you give me since ²  I continue to be ³  childless, and my heir ⁴  is ⁵  Eliezer of Damascus?” ⁶ 

Abram added, ¹  “Since ²  you have not given me a descendant, then look, one born in my house will be my heir!” ³ 

Since Jacob had fallen in love with ¹  Rachel, he said, “I’ll serve you seven years in exchange for your younger daughter Rachel.”

Israel said to Joseph, “Now let me die since I have seen your face and know that you are still alive.” ¹ 

Joseph said to the people, “Since I have bought you and your land today for Pharaoh, here is seed for you. Cultivate ¹  the land.

But Moses replied to ¹  the Lord, “If the Israelites did not listen to me, then ²  how will Pharaoh listen to me, since ³  I speak with difficulty?” ⁴ 

“You must not oppress ¹  a foreigner, since you know the life ²  of a foreigner, for you were foreigners in the land of Egypt.
