He said, ‘An enemy has done this.’ So ¹  the slaves replied, ‘Do you want us to go and gather them?’

He said to them, ‘You go into the vineyard too, and I will give you whatever is right.’

Pilate said to them, “Take ¹  a guard of soldiers. Go and make it as secure as you can.”

He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. ¹  Go in peace, and be healed of your disease.”

Then ¹  he said to her, “Because you said this, you may go. The demon has left your daughter.”

The one on the roof ¹  must not come down or go inside to take anything out of his house. ² 

What did you go out to see? A prophet? Yes, I tell you, and more ¹  than a prophet.

The man from whom the demons had gone out begged to go ¹  with him, but Jesus ²  sent him away, saying,

Now when ¹  the days drew near ²  for him to be taken up, ³  Jesus ⁴  set out resolutely ⁵  to go to Jerusalem. ⁶ 

As ¹  they were walking ²  along the road, someone said to him, “I will follow you wherever you go.” ³ 

Jesus ¹  said to another, “Follow me.” But he replied, ²  “Lord, first let me go and bury my father.”

But whenever ¹  you enter a town ²  and the people ³  do not welcome ⁴  you, go into its streets ⁵  and say,

But ¹  he will reply, ²  ‘I don’t know where you come from! ³  Go away from me, all you evildoers!’ ⁴ 

But the older son ¹  became angry ²  and refused ³  to go in. His father came out and appealed to him,

Then ¹  he said to the man, ²  “Get up and go your way. Your faith has made you well.” ³ 

But Peter ¹  said to him, “Lord, I am ready to go with you both to prison and to death!” ² 

So they approached the village where they were going. He acted as though he wanted to go farther, ¹ 

So Jesus said to the twelve, “You don’t want to go away too, do you?” ¹ 

Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words of eternal life.

So Thomas (called Didymus ¹ ) ²  said to his fellow disciples, “Let us go too, so that we may die with him.” ³
