“Call now! ¹  Is there anyone who will answer you? ²  To which of the holy ones ³  will you turn? ⁴ 

You will call ¹  and I ²  – I will answer you; you will long for ³  the creature you have made. ⁴ 

I call to you for you will answer me, O God. Listen to me! ¹  Hear what I say! ² 

The Lord will deliver the king; ¹  he will answer us ²  when we call to him for help! ³ 

He will call out to me, ‘You are my father, ¹  my God, and the protector who delivers me.’ ² 

and listened to me. ¹  As long as I live, I will call to him when I need help. ² 

Egypt is totally incapable of helping. ¹  For this reason I call her ‘Proud one ²  who is silenced.’” ³ 

“But you did not call for me, O Jacob; you did not long ¹  for me, O Israel.

When you call out to me and come to me in prayer, ¹  I will hear your prayers. ²
