So ¹  the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, ²  Mary, for you have found favor ³  with God!

And the child grew and became strong, ¹  filled with wisdom, ²  and the favor ³  of God ⁴  was upon him.

For the law was given through Moses, but ¹  grace and truth came about through Jesus Christ.

Now Stephen, full of grace and power, was performing great wonders and miraculous signs ¹  among the people.

He ¹  found favor ²  with ³  God and asked that he could ⁴  find a dwelling place ⁵  for the house ⁶  of Jacob.

but Paul chose Silas and set out, commended ¹  to the grace of the Lord by the brothers and sisters. ² 

Requesting him to do them a favor against Paul, ¹  they urged Festus ²  to summon him to Jerusalem, planning an ambush ³  to kill him along the way.

Through him ¹  we have received grace and our apostleship ²  to bring about the obedience ³  of faith ⁴  among all the Gentiles on behalf of his name.

Now the law came in ¹  so that the transgression ²  may increase, but where sin increased, grace multiplied all the more,

And we have different gifts ¹  according to the grace given to us. If the gift is prophecy, that individual must use it in proportion to his faith.

I always thank my God for you because of the grace of God that was given to you in Christ Jesus.

But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!

Then, when I arrive, I will send those whom you approve with letters of explanation to carry your gift to Jerusalem. ¹ 

Now because we are fellow workers, we also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain. ¹ 

Now we make known to you, brothers and sisters, ¹  the grace of God given to the churches of Macedonia,

begging us with great earnestness for the blessing and fellowship of helping ¹  the saints.

Thus ¹  we urged ²  Titus that, just as he had previously begun this work, ³  so also he should complete this act of kindness ⁴  for you.

But thanks be to God who put in the heart of Titus the same devotion ¹  I have for you,

And in their prayers on your behalf they long for you because of the extraordinary grace God has shown to you. ¹ 

I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one ¹  who called you by the grace of Christ ²  and are following ³  a different ⁴  gospel –
