Heal the sick, raise the dead, ¹  cleanse lepers, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give.

But Jesus came and touched them. “Get up,” he said. “Do not be afraid.”

For nation will rise up in arms ¹  against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines ²  and earthquakes ³  in various places.

For false messiahs ¹  and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.

and said, “Sir, we remember that while that deceiver was still alive he said, ‘After three days I will rise again.’

He is not here, for he has been raised, ¹  just as he said. Come and see the place where he ²  was lying.

He came and raised her up by gently taking her hand. Then the fever left her and she began to serve ¹  them.

“I tell you, stand up, take your stretcher, and go home.” ¹ 

So he said to the man who had the withered hand, “Stand up among all these people.” ¹ 

For false messiahs ¹  and false prophets will appear and perform signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, the elect.

Which is easier, ¹  to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Stand up and walk’?

He is not here, but has been raised! ¹  Remember how he told you, while he was still in Galilee, ² 

Jesus replied, ¹  “Destroy ²  this temple and in three days I will raise it up again.”

Jesus said to him, “Stand up! Pick up your mat ¹  and walk.”

For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, ¹  so also the Son gives life to whomever he wishes. ² 

he got up from the meal, removed ¹  his outer clothes, ²  took a towel and tied it around himself. ³ 

The God of our forefathers ¹  raised up Jesus, whom you seized and killed by hanging him on a tree. ² 

But Peter helped him up, ¹  saying, “Stand up. I too am a mere mortal.” ² 

but ¹  God raised him up on the third day and caused him to be seen, ² 

Now God indeed raised the Lord and he will raise us by his power.
