When you enter my presence, do you actually think I want this – animals trampling on my courtyards? ¹ 

In the fire ¹  were what looked like ²  four living beings. ³  In their appearance they had human form, ⁴ 

As for their appearance, all four of them looked the same, something like a wheel within a wheel. ¹ 

And tongues spreading out like a fire ¹  appeared to them and came to rest on each one of them.

But get up and stand on your feet, for I have appeared to you for this reason, to designate you in advance ¹  as a servant and witness ²  to the things ³  you have seen ⁴  and to the things in which I will appear to you.

As I watched, I saw ¹  on the platform ²  above the top of the cherubim something like a sapphire, resembling the shape of a throne, appearing above them.

Then compare our appearance ¹  with that of ²  the young men who are eating the royal delicacies; ³  deal with us ⁴  in light of what you see.”

When he brought me there, I saw ¹  a man whose appearance was like bronze, with a linen cord and a measuring stick in his hand. He was standing in the gateway.

They are sustained as they travel along; ¹  each one appears ²  before God in Zion.

to obey ¹  this command ²  without fault or failure until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ

Then ¹  when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that never fades away.

Three times a year all your males must appear before the Lord your God in the place he chooses for the Festival of Unleavened Bread, the Festival of Weeks, and the Festival of Temporary Shelters; and they must not appear before him ¹  empty-handed.

God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place ¹  and let dry ground appear.” ²  It was so.

The Lord appeared to Abraham ¹  by the oaks ²  of Mamre while ³  he was sitting at the entrance ⁴  to his tent during the hottest time of the day.

The angel of the Lord ¹  appeared ²  to him in ³  a flame of fire from within a bush. ⁴  He looked ⁵  – and ⁶  the bush was ablaze with fire, but it was not being consumed! ⁷ 

¹ Moses answered again, ²  “And if ³  they do not believe me or pay attention to me, ⁴  but say, ‘The Lord has not appeared to you’?”

“that they may believe that the Lord, the God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has appeared to you.”

I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as ¹  God Almighty, ²  but by ³  my name ‘the Lord’ ⁴  I was not known to them. ⁵ 

and an ox and a ram for peace offerings to sacrifice before the Lord, and a grain offering mixed with olive oil, for today the Lord is going to appear ¹  to you.’”

Then Moses said, “This is what the Lord has commanded you to do ¹  so that the glory of the Lord may appear ²  to you.”
