Geber son of Uri was in charge of the land of Gilead (the territory which had once belonged to King Sihon of the Amorites and to King Og of Bashan). He was sole governor of the area.

So the Lord ¹  restored what Job had lost ²  after he prayed for his friends, ³  and the Lord doubled ⁴  all that had belonged to Job.

Gilead belongs to me, as does Manasseh! ¹  Ephraim is my helmet, ²  Judah my royal scepter. ³ 

For you, O God, hear my vows; you grant me the reward that belongs to your loyal followers. ¹
