The woman conceived and then sent word to David saying, “I’m pregnant.”

This woman’s child suffocated ¹  during the night when she rolled ²  on top of him.

“Man, born of woman, ¹  lives but a few days, ²  and they are full of trouble. ³ 

He preys on ¹  the barren and childless woman, ²  and does not treat the widow well.

Look at them shake uncontrollably, ¹  like a woman writhing in childbirth. ² 

He makes the barren woman of the family ¹  a happy mother of children. ²  Praise the Lord!

to deliver you ¹  from the adulteress, ²  from the sexually loose woman ³  who speaks flattering ⁴  words; ⁵ 

The woman called Folly ¹  is brash, ²  she is naive ³  and does not know ⁴  anything. ⁵
