She had lived as a widow since then for eighty-four years. ¹  She never left the temple, worshiping with fasting and prayer night and day. ² 

Then ¹  when she has found it, she calls together her ²  friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Rejoice ³  with me, for I have found the coin ⁴  that I had lost.’

For they all offered their gifts out of their wealth. ¹  But she, out of her poverty, put in everything she had to live on.” ² 

and she ¹  fled into the wilderness ²  where a place had been prepared for her ³  by God, so she could be taken care of ⁴  for 1,260 days.

Repay her the same way she repaid others; ¹  pay her back double ²  corresponding to her deeds. In the cup she mixed, mix double the amount for her.

For she kept saying to herself, ¹  “If only I touch his cloak, I will be healed.” ² 

so much that he promised with an oath ¹  to give her whatever she asked.

But she came and bowed down ¹  before him and said, ²  “Lord, help me!”

for she kept saying, ¹  “If only I touch his clothes, I will be healed.” ² 

So Herodias nursed a grudge against him and wanted to kill him. But ¹  she could not

She went home and found the child lying on the bed, and the demon gone.

She went out and told those who were with him, while they were mourning and weeping.

And they began making fun ¹  of him, because they knew ²  that she was dead. ³ 

Then ¹  he placed his hands on her, and immediately ²  she straightened up and praised God.

So when Mary ¹  heard this, she got up quickly and went to him.

So Jesus said, “Leave her alone. She has kept it for the day of my burial. ¹ 

But the Jerusalem above is free, ¹  and she is our mother.

And Adam was not deceived, but the woman, because she was fully deceived, ¹  fell into transgression. ² 

But the one who lives for pleasure is dead even ¹  while she lives.

She ¹  was pregnant and was screaming in labor pains, struggling ²  to give birth.
