If you kill ¹  this entire people at once, ²  then the nations that have heard of your fame will say,

Once he had removed Amasa ¹  from the path, everyone followed Joab to pursue Sheba son of Bicri.

The traders and sellers of all kinds of merchandise spent the night outside Jerusalem once or twice.

You overpower him once for all, ¹  and he departs; you change ²  his appearance and send him away.

He has neither children nor descendants ¹  among his people, no survivor in those places he once stayed. ² 

Evil men will soon disappear; ¹  you will stare at the spot where they once were, but they will be gone. ² 

The one who walks blamelessly will be delivered, ¹  but whoever is perverse in his ways will fall ²  at once. ³ 

When ¹  a sentence ²  is not executed ³  at once against a crime, ⁴  the human heart ⁵  is encouraged to do evil. ⁶ 

Israel will be delivered once and for all by the Lord; ¹  you will never again be ashamed or humiliated. ² 

“Go down at once ¹  to the potter’s house. I will speak to you further there.” ² 

Once more I looked, and this time I saw four chariots emerging from between two mountains of bronze. ¹ 

“Once ¹  during breeding season I saw ²  in a dream that the male goats mating with ³  the flock were streaked, speckled, and spotted.

For if you turn away from following him, he will once again abandon ¹  them in the wilderness, and you will be the reason for their destruction.” ² 

The woman ran at once and told her husband, ¹  “Come quickly, ²  the man who visited ³  me the other day has appeared to me!”

The Israelite army ¹  took heart ²  and once more arranged their battle lines, in the same place where they had taken their positions the day before.

Now once again there was war. So David went out to fight the Philistines. He defeated them thoroughly ¹  and they ran away from him.

Jonathan once again took an oath with David, because he loved him. In fact Jonathan loved him as much as he did his own life. ¹ 

So David asked the Lord once again. But again the Lord replied, “Arise, go down to Keilah, for I will give the Philistines into your hand.”

The Lord provided a deliverer ¹  for Israel and they were freed from Syria’s power. ²  The Israelites once more lived in security. ³ 

I was once young, now I am old. I have never seen a godly man abandoned, or his children ¹  forced to search for food. ²
