While Laban had gone to shear his sheep, ¹  Rachel stole the household idols ²  that belonged to her father.

The Lord was with Joseph. He was successful ¹  and lived ²  in the household of his Egyptian master.

¹ These ²  are the names ³  of the sons of Israel ⁴  who entered Egypt – each man with his household ⁵  entered with Jacob:

You and your household must eat them annually before the Lord your God in the place he ¹  chooses.

I was very upset, and I threw all of Tobiah’s household possessions out of the storeroom.

The Lord’s curse ¹  is on the household ²  of the wicked, ³  but he blesses ⁴  the home ⁵  of the righteous. ⁶ 

Every wise woman ¹  builds ²  her household, ³  but a foolish woman tears it down with her own hands.

But Jesus, ¹  realizing their thoughts, said to them, ²  “Every kingdom divided against itself is destroyed, ³  and a divided household falls. ⁴ 

For from now on ¹  there will be five in one household divided, three against two and two against three.

Then ¹  Jesus said to him, “Today salvation ²  has come to this household, ³  because he too is a son of Abraham! ⁴ 

who will speak a message ¹  to you by which you and your entire household will be saved.’

(I also baptized the household of Stephanus. Otherwise, I do not remember whether I baptized anyone else.)

He must manage his own household well and keep his children in control without losing his dignity. ¹ 

The Lord said to Noah, “Come into the ark, you and all your household, for I consider you godly among this generation. ¹ 

Now the Lord said ¹  to Abram, ²  “Go out ³  from your country, your relatives, and your father’s household to the land that I will show you. ⁴ 

When Pharaoh’s officials saw her, they praised her to Pharaoh. So Abram’s wife ¹  was taken ²  into the household of Pharaoh, ³ 

For the Lord ¹  had caused infertility to strike every woman ²  in the household of Abimelech because he took ³  Sarah, Abraham’s wife.

Abraham said to his servant, the senior one ¹  in his household who was in charge of everything he had, “Put your hand under my thigh ² 

He had ¹  so many sheep ²  and cattle ³  and such a great household of servants that the Philistines became jealous ⁴  of him.

So Jacob told his household and all who were with him, “Get rid of the foreign gods you have among you. ¹  Purify yourselves and change your clothes. ²
