He himself is before all things and all things are held together ¹  in him.

Now may God our Father himself and our Lord Jesus direct our way to you.

For there is one God and one intermediary ¹  between God and humanity, Christ Jesus, himself human, ² 

If we are unfaithful, he remains faithful, since he cannot deny himself. ¹ 

You know ¹  that such a person is twisted by sin ²  and is conscious of it himself. ³ 

And it could be said that Levi himself, who receives tithes, paid a tithe through Abraham.

The one who says he resides ¹  in God ²  ought himself to walk ³  just as Jesus ⁴  walked.

Now this ¹  is the promise that he ²  himself made to ³  us: eternal life. ⁴ 

And everyone who has this hope focused ¹  on him purifies ²  himself, just as Jesus ³  is pure). ⁴ 

I tell you that this man went down to his home justified ¹  rather than the Pharisee. ²  For everyone who exalts ³  himself will be humbled, but he who humbles himself will be exalted.”

He ¹  opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, and as a result he takes his seat ²  in God’s temple, displaying himself as God. ³ 

He ¹  gave himself for us to set us free from every kind of lawlessness and to purify for himself a people who are truly his, ²  who are eager to do good. ³ 

So if ¹  Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?

Then his fellow slave threw himself down and begged him, ¹  ‘Be patient with me, and I will repay you.’

But if ¹  that evil slave should say to himself, ²  ‘My master is staying away a long time,’

So ¹  Judas threw the silver coins into the temple and left. Then he went out and hanged himself.

And if Satan rises against himself and is divided, he is not able to stand and his end has come.

When she saw Peter warming himself, she looked directly at him and said, “You also were with that Nazarene, Jesus.”

For what does it benefit a person ¹  if he gains the whole world but loses or forfeits himself?

so ¹  he thought to himself, ²  ‘What should I do, for I have nowhere to store my crops?’ ³
