When ¹  Jesus saw her, he called her to him ²  and said, “Woman, ³  you are freed ⁴  from your infirmity.” ⁵ 

A husband should give to his wife her sexual rights, ¹  and likewise a wife to her husband.

I ¹  have given her time to repent, but ²  she is not willing to repent of her sexual immorality.

because her sins have piled ¹  up all the way to heaven ²  and God has remembered ³  her crimes. ⁴ 

Then the people ¹  who were with Mary ²  in the house consoling her saw her ³  get up quickly and go out. They followed her, because they thought she was going to the tomb to weep ⁴  there.

When a woman gives birth, she has distress ¹  because her time ²  has come, but when her child is born, she no longer remembers the suffering because of her joy that a human being ³  has been born into the world. ⁴ 

But the widow who is truly in need, and completely on her own, ¹  has set her hope on God and continues in her pleas and prayers night and day.

The ¹  ten horns that you saw, and the beast – these will hate the prostitute and make her desolate and naked. They ²  will consume her flesh and burn her up with fire. ³ 

Then ¹  I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, so you will not take part in her sins and so you will not receive her plagues,

But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to desire her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law,

But he did not answer her a word. Then ¹  his disciples came and begged him, ²  “Send her away, because she keeps on crying out after us.”

Then ¹  Jesus answered her, “Woman, ²  your faith is great! Let what you want be done for you.” And her daughter was healed from that hour.

So ¹  she went out and said to her mother, “What should I ask for?” Her mother ²  said, “The head of John the baptizer.” ³ 

“And look, ¹  your relative ²  Elizabeth has also become pregnant with ³  a son in her old age – although she was called barren, she is now in her sixth month! ⁴ 

So ¹  he stood over her, commanded ²  the fever, and it left her. Immediately ³  she got up and began to serve ⁴  them.

yet because this widow keeps on bothering me, I will give her justice, or in the end she will wear me out ¹  by her unending pleas.’” ² 

When Jesus saw her weeping, and the people ¹  who had come with her weeping, he was intensely moved ²  in spirit and greatly distressed. ³ 

(but if she does, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband), and a husband should not divorce his wife.

But any woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered disgraces her head, for it is one and the same thing as having a shaved head.
