Now ¹  a man named Zacchaeus was there; he was a chief tax collector ²  and was rich.

The chief priests and the experts in the law ¹  were there, vehemently accusing him. ² 

Then ¹  Pilate called together the chief priests, the ²  rulers, and the people,

They began to call ¹  Barnabas Zeus ²  and Paul Hermes, ³  because he was the chief speaker.

So the chief cupbearer told his dream to Joseph: ¹  “In my dream, there was a vine in front of me.

In ¹  the same way even the chief priests – together with the experts in the law ²  and elders ³  – were mocking him: ⁴ 

The ¹  next day (which is after the day of preparation) the chief priests and the Pharisees ²  assembled before Pilate

Then ¹  Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went to the chief priests to betray Jesus into their hands. ²

and how our chief priests and rulers handed him over ¹  to be condemned to death, and crucified ²  him.

and here he has authority from the chief priests to imprison ¹  all who call on your name!” ² 

So the chief priests and the most prominent men ¹  of the Jews brought formal charges ²  against Paul to him.

“While doing this very thing, ¹  as I was going ²  to Damascus with authority and complete power ³  from the chief priests,

Then ¹  when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that never fades away.
