After this many of his disciples quit following him ¹  and did not accompany him ²  any longer.

Then Jesus said, “I will be with you for only a little while longer, ¹  and then ²  I am going to the one who sent me.

When you try to cultivate ¹  the ground it will no longer yield ²  its best ³  for you. You will be a homeless wanderer ⁴  on the earth.”

No longer will your name be ¹  Abram. Instead, your name will be Abraham ²  because I will make you ³  the father of a multitude of nations.

“No longer will your name be Jacob,” the man told him, ¹  “but Israel, ²  because you have fought ³  with God and with men and have prevailed.”

therefore you will no longer devour people and no longer bereave your nation of children, declares the sovereign Lord.

Then ¹  his son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven ²  and against you; I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ ³ 

A poor but wise youth is better than an old and foolish king who no longer knows how to receive advice.

concerning righteousness, ¹  because ²  I am going to the Father and you will see me no longer;

in that he spends the rest of his time ¹  on earth concerned about the will of God and not human desires.

God said to him, “Your name is Jacob, but your name will no longer be called Jacob; Israel will be your name.” So God named him Israel. ¹ 

Pray to the Lord, for the mighty ¹  thunderings and hail are too much! ²  I will release you and you will stay no longer.” ³ 

She said, “May I, your servant, find favor in your sight.” So the woman went her way and got something to eat. ¹  Her face no longer looked sad.

So this is what the Lord, the one who delivered Abraham, says to the family of Jacob: ¹  “Jacob will no longer be ashamed; their faces will no longer show their embarrassment. ² 

I will prepare for them a healthy ¹  planting. They will no longer be victims ²  of famine in the land and will no longer bear the insults of the nations.

So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”

So ¹  he called the manager ²  in and said to him, ‘What is this I hear about you? ³  Turn in the account of your administration, ⁴  because you can no longer be my manager.’

For they did not dare any longer to ask ¹  him anything.

Thus Jesus no longer went ¹  around publicly ²  among the Judeans, ³  but went away from there to the region near the wilderness, to a town called Ephraim, ⁴  and stayed there with his disciples.

And he died for all so that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised. ¹
