I will be a permanent guest in your home; ¹  I will find shelter in the protection of your wings. ²  (Selah)

For you are my deliverer; ¹  under your wings ²  I rejoice.

He rained down meat on them like dust, birds as numerous as the sand on the seashores. ¹ 

Surely it is futile to spread ¹  a net in plain sight of ²  any bird, ³ 

The land of buzzing wings is as good as dead, ¹  the one beyond the rivers of Cush,

but each had four faces and four wings.

But take a few strands of hair ¹  from those and tie them in the ends of your garment. ² 

(The cherubim appeared to have the form ¹  of human hands under their wings.)

Then I looked again and saw two women ¹  going forth with the wind in their wings (they had wings like those of a stork) and they lifted up the basket between the earth and the sky.

any kind of land animal, any bird that flies in the sky,

You shall make yourselves tassels ¹  for the four corners of the clothing you wear.

(23:1) ¹  A man may not marry ²  his father’s former ³  wife and in this way dishonor his father. ⁴ 

Like an eagle that stirs up ¹  its nest, that hovers over its young, so the Lord ²  spread out his wings and took him, ³  he lifted him up on his pinions.

The combined wingspan of these cherubim was 30 feet. ¹  They stood upright, facing inward. ² 

He mounted ¹  a winged angel ²  and flew; he glided ³  on the wings of the wind. ⁴ 

How precious ¹  is your loyal love, O God! The human race finds shelter under your wings. ² 

When ¹  you lie down among the sheepfolds, ²  the wings of the dove are covered with silver and with glittering gold. ³ 

He will shelter you ¹  with his wings; ²  you will find safety under his wings. His faithfulness is like a shield or a protective wall. ³ 

and lays the beams of the upper rooms of his palace on the rain clouds. ¹  He makes the clouds his chariot, and travels along on the wings of the wind. ² 

He will lift a signal flag for the nations; he will gather Israel’s dispersed people ¹  and assemble Judah’s scattered people from the four corners of the earth.
