Then I myself will acknowledge ¹  to you that your own right hand can save you. ² 

I constantly trust in the Lord; ¹  because he is at my right hand, I will not be upended.

You ¹  prevail over ²  all your enemies; your power is too great for those who hate you. ³ 

Deliver by your power ¹  and answer me, ²  so that the ones you love may be safe. ³ 

My soul ¹  pursues you; ²  your right hand upholds me.

Why do you remain inactive? Intervene and destroy him! ¹ 

Then I said, “I am sickened by the thought that the sovereign One ¹  might become inactive. ² 

He brought them to the border of his holy land, to this mountainous land ¹  which his right hand ²  acquired.

You have allowed his adversaries to be victorious, ¹  and all his enemies to rejoice.

Though a thousand may fall beside you, and a multitude on your right side, it ¹  will not reach you.

¹ Appoint an evil man to testify against him! ²  May an accuser stand ³  at his right side!

because he stands at the right hand of the needy, to deliver him from those who threaten ¹  his life.

O sovereign Lord, ¹  at your right hand he strikes down ²  kings in the day he unleashes his anger. ³ 

The Lord is your protector; the Lord is the shade at your right hand.

Do not turn ¹  to the right or to the left; turn yourself ²  away from evil. ³ 

I will knock your bow out of your left hand and make your arrows fall from your right hand.

So the Israelites went through the middle of the sea on dry ground, the water forming a wall ¹  for them on their right and on their left.
