All the crowds were amazed and said, “Could this one be the Son of David?”

He ¹  answered, “The one who sowed the good seed is the Son of Man.

Simon Peter answered, ¹  “You are the Christ, ²  the Son of the living God.”

“What do you think about the Christ? ¹  Whose son is he?” They said, “The son of David.” ² 

Therefore you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him. ¹ 

He trusts in God – let God, if he wants to, deliver him now ¹  because he said, ‘I am God’s Son’!”

And a voice came from heaven: “You are my one dear Son; ¹  in you I take great delight.” ² 

So ¹  Jesus, when he began his ministry, ²  was about thirty years old. He was ³  the son (as was supposed) ⁴  of Joseph, the son ⁵  of Heli,

What father among you, if your ¹  son asks for ²  a fish, will give him a snake ³  instead of a fish?

You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.” ¹ 

I am no longer worthy to be called your son; treat me ¹  like one of your hired workers.”’

But from now on ¹  the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand ²  of the power ³  of God.”

Nathanael answered him, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the king ¹  of Israel!” ² 

No one ¹  has ascended ²  into heaven except the one who descended from heaven – the Son of Man. ³ 

For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, ¹  so also the Son gives life to whomever he wishes. ² 

The slave does not remain in the family ¹  forever, but the son remains forever. ² 

Jesus replied, ¹  “The time ²  has come for the Son of Man to be glorified. ³ 

and immediately he began to proclaim Jesus in the synagogues, ¹  saying, “This man is the Son of God.” ² 

that this promise ¹  God has fulfilled to us, their children, by raising ²  Jesus, as also it is written in the second psalm, ‘You are my Son; ³  today I have fathered you.’ ⁴ 

For this is what the promise declared: ¹  “About a year from now ²  I will return and Sarah will have a son.” ³
