Then Jesus cried out again with a loud voice and gave up his spirit.

Having no regard ¹  for the command of God, you hold fast to human tradition.” ² 

then you no longer permit him to do anything for his father or mother.

Then ¹  he left them, got back into the boat, and went to the other side.

They replied as Jesus had told them, and the bystanders ¹  let them go.

and he would not permit anyone to carry merchandise ¹  through the temple courts. ² 

None of the seven had children. Finally, the woman died too.

So ¹  when they had brought their boats to shore, they left everything and followed ²  him.

he left Judea and set out once more for Galilee. ¹ 

“Blessed ¹  are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sins are covered;

I am writing to you, ¹  little children, that ²  your sins have been forgiven because of his ³  name.

But I have this against you: You have departed ¹  from your first love!

Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven. ¹  But whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, ²  either in this age or in the age to come.

Whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven will ¹  also forgive you your sins.” ² 

Then the devil left him, and angels ¹  came and began ministering to his needs.

And if someone wants to sue you and to take your tunic, ¹  give him your coat also.

He touched her hand, and the fever left her. Then ¹  she got up and began to serve them.

But Jesus said to him, “Follow me, and let the dead bury their own dead.” ¹ 

Which is easier, ¹  to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven’ or to say, ‘Stand up and walk’?

Leave them! They are blind guides. ¹  If someone who is blind leads another who is blind, ²  both will fall into a pit.”
