But after I am raised, I will go ahead of you into Galilee.”

Now on the third day there was a wedding at Cana ¹  in Galilee. ²  Jesus’ mother ³  was there,

he left Judea and set out once more for Galilee. ¹ 

After the two days he departed from there to Galilee.

They replied, ¹  “You aren’t from Galilee too, are you? ²  Investigate carefully and you will see that no prophet ³  comes from Galilee!”

Now ¹  Jesus was standing by the Lake of Gennesaret, ²  and the crowd was pressing around him ³  to hear the word of God.

Of Naphtali he said: O Naphtali, overflowing with favor, and full of the Lord’s blessing, possess the west and south.

Within the territory of the tribe of Naphtali: Kedesh in Galilee and its pasturelands, Hammon and its pasturelands, and Kiriathaim and its pasturelands.

Now when Jesus ¹  heard that John had been imprisoned, ²  he went into Galilee.

Many ¹  women who had followed Jesus from Galilee and given him support ²  were also there, watching from a distance.

So ¹  the eleven disciples went to Galilee to the mountain Jesus had designated.

Now ¹  in those days Jesus came from Nazareth ²  in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan River. ³ 

Now after John was imprisoned, ¹  Jesus went into Galilee and proclaimed the gospel ²  of God. ³ 

So ¹  the news about him spread quickly throughout all the region around Galilee.

So ¹  he went into all of Galilee preaching in their synagogues ²  and casting out demons.

They went out from there and passed through Galilee. But ¹  Jesus ²  did not want anyone to know,

So ¹  when Joseph and Mary ²  had performed ³  everything according to the law of the Lord, ⁴  they returned to Galilee, to their own town ⁵  of Nazareth. ⁶ 

So ¹  he went down to Capernaum, ²  a town ³  in Galilee, and on the Sabbath he began to teach the people. ⁴ 

Now on ¹  the way to Jerusalem, ²  Jesus ³  was passing along ⁴  between Samaria and Galilee.

And all those who knew Jesus ¹  stood at a distance, and the women who had followed him from Galilee saw ²  these things.
