Then ¹  the third angel ²  poured out his bowl on the rivers and the springs of water, and they turned into blood.

Then ¹  the fourth angel ²  poured out his bowl on the sun, and it was permitted to scorch people ³  with fire.

For my sighing comes in place of ¹  my food, ²  and my groanings ³  flow forth like water. ⁴ 

Did you not pour ¹  me out like milk, and curdle ²  me like cheese? ³ 

He would pour ¹  contempt upon princes, and he made them wander in a wasteland with no road.

for this is my blood, the blood ¹  of the covenant, ²  that is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

Early ¹  in the morning Jacob ²  took the stone he had placed near his head ³  and set it up as a sacred stone. ⁴  Then he poured oil on top of it.

and take some of the blood of the bull and put it on the horns of the altar ¹  with your finger; all the rest of ²  the blood you are to pour out at the base of the altar.

He made the vessels which were on the table out of pure gold, its ¹  plates, its ladles, its pitchers, and its bowls, to be used in pouring out offerings.

“‘When a person presents a grain offering ¹  to the Lord, his offering must consist of choice wheat flour, ²  and he must pour olive oil on it and put frankincense ³  on it.

Then Aaron’s sons presented the blood to him and he dipped his finger in the blood and put it on the horns of the altar, and the rest of the blood he poured out at the base of the altar.

“‘And its drink offering must be one quarter of a hin for each lamb. ¹  You must pour out the strong drink ²  as a drink offering to the Lord in the holy place.

O Lord, when you departed ¹  from Seir, when you marched from Edom’s plains, the earth shook, the heavens poured down, the clouds poured down rain. ² 

God’s messenger said to him, “Put the meat and unleavened bread on this rock, ¹  and pour out the broth.” Gideon did as instructed. ² 

Go and close the door behind you and your sons. Pour the olive oil into all the containers; ¹  set aside each one when you have filled it.”
