They went out from there and passed through Galilee. But ¹  Jesus ²  did not want anyone to know,

So ¹  when Joseph and Mary ²  had performed ³  everything according to the law of the Lord, ⁴  they returned to Galilee, to their own town ⁵  of Nazareth. ⁶ 

So ¹  he went down to Capernaum, ²  a town ³  in Galilee, and on the Sabbath he began to teach the people. ⁴ 

Now on ¹  the way to Jerusalem, ²  Jesus ³  was passing along ⁴  between Samaria and Galilee.

And all those who knew Jesus ¹  stood at a distance, and the women who had followed him from Galilee saw ²  these things.

The ¹  women who had accompanied Jesus ²  from Galilee followed, and they saw the tomb and how his body was laid in it.

He is not here, but has been raised! ¹  Remember how he told you, while he was still in Galilee, ² 

Jesus did this as his second miraculous sign ¹  when he returned from Judea to Galilee.

After this ¹  Jesus went away to the other side of the Sea of Galilee (also called the Sea of Tiberias). ² 

Others said, “This is the Christ!” ¹  But still others said, “No, ²  for the Christ doesn’t come from Galilee, does he? ³ 

So these approached Philip, ¹  who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, and requested, ²  “Sir, we would like to see Jesus.”

In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, ¹  the angel Gabriel ²  was sent by ³  God to a town of Galilee called Nazareth, ⁴ 

So ¹  he continued to preach in the synagogues of Judea. ² 

And large crowds followed him from Galilee, the Decapolis, ¹  Jerusalem, ²  Judea, and beyond the Jordan River. ³ 

So they selected ¹  Kedesh in Galilee in the hill country of Naphtali, Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim, and Kiriath Arba (that is, Hebron) in the hill country of Judah.

from the tribe of Naphtali: Kedesh in Galilee (a city of refuge for one who committed manslaughter), Hammoth Dor, and Kartan, along with the grazing areas of each – a total of three cities.

As ¹  he was walking by the Sea of Galilee he saw two brothers, Simon (called Peter) and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea (for they were fishermen). ² 

Jesus ¹  went throughout all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, ²  preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of disease and sickness among the people.

When he left there, Jesus went along the Sea of Galilee. Then he went up a mountain, where he sat down.

When ¹  they gathered together in Galilee, Jesus told them, “The Son of Man is going to be betrayed into the hands of men. ²
