Jesus answered, “Will you lay down your life for me? ¹  I tell you the solemn truth, ²  the rooster will not crow until you have denied me three times!

The side chambers were in three stories, one above the other, thirty in each story. There were offsets in the wall all around to serve as supports for the side chambers, so that the supports were not in the wall of the temple.

Now the temple ¹  was filled with men and women, and all the rulers of the Philistines were there. There were three thousand men and women on the roof watching Samson entertain.

Three days later Laban discovered Jacob had left. ¹

Those of them who were numbered from the tribe of Simeon were 59,300.

These were the families of the Reubenites; and those numbered of them were 43,730. ¹ 

These were the families of Issachar, according to those numbered of them, 64,300. ¹ 

These are the families of the Asherites, according to those numbered of them, 53,400. ¹
