The mountains were covered by its shadow, the highest cedars ¹  by its branches.

The mountains melt like wax before the Lord, before the Lord of the whole earth.

When the hay is removed and new grass appears, and the grass from the hills is gathered in,

Their slain will be left unburied, ¹  their corpses will stink; ²  the hills will soak up their blood. ³
