For the Lord promotes ¹  justice, and never abandons ²  his faithful followers. They are permanently secure, ³  but the children ⁴  of evil men are wiped out. ⁵ 

Then I will go ¹  to the altar of God, to the God who gives me ecstatic joy, ²  so that I express my thanks to you, ³  O God, my God, with a harp.

Satisfy us in the morning ¹  with your loyal love! Then we will shout for joy and be happy ²  all our days!

May our sovereign God extend his favor to us! ¹  Make our endeavors successful! Yes, make them successful! ²
