Aaron is to burn sweet incense ¹  on it morning by morning; when he attends ²  to the lamps he is to burn incense. ³ 

and the altar of incense with its poles, the anointing oil, and the fragrant incense; the hanging for the door at the entrance of the tabernacle;

oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil and for fragrant incense,

the table and all its utensils, the lampstand and its utensils, the altar of incense,

the table with its utensils, the pure lampstand with all its utensils, the altar of incense,

olive oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense,

He made the sacred anointing oil and the pure fragrant incense, the work of a perfumer.

and he burned fragrant incense on it, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

Then a fire ¹  went out from the Lord and devoured the 250 men who offered incense.

May you accept my prayer like incense, my uplifted hands like the evening offering! ¹ 

When Aaron sets up the lamps around sundown he is to burn incense on it; it is to be a regular incense offering before the Lord throughout your generations.
