If you make a sale ¹  to your fellow citizen ²  or buy ³  from your fellow citizen, no one is to wrong his brother. ⁴ 

Serving beside him was his fellow Levite Asaph, ¹  son of Berechiah, son of Shimea,

Then there was a great outcry from the people and their wives against their fellow Jews. ¹ 

“When a person sins and commits a trespass ¹  against the Lord by deceiving his fellow citizen ²  in regard to something held in trust, or a pledge, or something stolen, or by extorting something from his fellow citizen, ³

You must not have sexual intercourse ¹  with the wife of your fellow citizen to become unclean with her.

“‘You must not steal, you must not tell lies, and you must not deal falsely with your fellow citizen. ¹ 

You may exact payment from a foreigner, but whatever your fellow Israelite ¹  owes you, you must remit.

and serves in the name of the Lord his God like his fellow Levites who stand there before the Lord.

The rest of their fellow Levites ¹  were assigned to perform the remaining tasks at God’s sanctuary. ² 

Zadok the priest and his fellow priests served ¹  before the Lord’s tabernacle at the worship center ²  in Gibeon,

Their fellow Levites were in charge of the storehouses ¹  in God’s temple and the storehouses containing consecrated items.

“‘You ¹  must not deal unjustly in judgment: ²  you must neither show partiality to the poor nor honor the rich. ³  You must judge your fellow citizen fairly. ⁴ 

You must not hate your brother in your heart. You must surely reprove your fellow citizen so that you do not incur sin on account of him. ¹ 

If a man inflicts an injury on ¹  his fellow citizen, ²  just as he has done it must be done to him –

No one is to oppress his fellow citizen, ¹  but you must fear your God, because I am the Lord your God.

They ¹  will have no inheritance in the midst of their fellow Israelites; ²  the Lord alone is their inheritance, just as he had told them.

The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you – from your fellow Israelites; ¹  you must listen to him.

You must not charge interest on a loan to your fellow Israelite, ¹  whether on money, food, or anything else that has been loaned with interest.

The judge ¹  may sentence him to forty blows, ²  but no more. If he is struck with more than these, you might view your fellow Israelite ³  with contempt.
