Now if he has defrauded you of anything or owes you anything, charge what he owes ¹  to me.

The one on the roof ¹  must not come down ²  to take anything out of his house,

But they did not find anything, though many false witnesses came forward. Finally ¹  two came forward

then you no longer permit him to do anything for his father or mother.

For they did not dare any longer to ask ¹  him anything.

Nathanael ¹  replied, ²  “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” ³  Philip replied, ⁴  “Come and see.”

John replied, ¹  “No one can receive anything unless it has been given to him from heaven.

If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.

For ¹  three days he could not see, and he neither ate nor drank anything. ² 

But Peter said, “Certainly not, Lord, for I have never eaten anything defiled and ritually unclean!” ¹ 

So because these facts ¹  are indisputable, ²  you must keep quiet ³  and not do anything reckless. ⁴ 

Am I saying that idols or food sacrificed to them amount to anything?

Eat anything that is sold in the marketplace without questions of conscience,

For we cannot do anything against the truth, but only for the sake of the truth.

For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord,
