to give you thanks, ¹  and to tell about all your amazing deeds. ² 

Present to God a thank-offering! Repay your vows to the sovereign One! ¹ 

Let’s enter his presence ¹  with thanksgiving! Let’s shout out to him in celebration! ² 

A thanksgiving psalm. Shout out praises to the Lord, all the earth!

Let them present thank offerings, and loudly proclaim what he has done! ¹ 

Offer to the Lord a song of thanks! ¹  Sing praises to our God to the accompaniment of a harp!

When you sacrifice a thanksgiving offering to the Lord, you must sacrifice it so that it is acceptable for your benefit. ¹ 

Whoever presents a thank-offering honors me. ¹  To whoever obeys my commands, I will reveal my power to deliver.” ² 

I am obligated to fulfill the vows I made to you, O God; ¹  I will give you the thank-offerings you deserve, ² 

I will sing praises to God’s name! ¹  I will magnify him as I give him thanks! ² 

I will present a thank offering to you, and call on the name of the Lord.

He must present this grain offering ¹  in addition to ring-shaped loaves of leavened bread which regularly accompany ²  the sacrifice of his thanksgiving peace offering.

The meat of his ¹  thanksgiving peace offering must be eaten on the day of his offering; he must not set any of it aside until morning.

Then the two choirs that gave thanks took their stations ¹  in the temple of God. I did also, along with half the officials with me,

Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give him thanks! Praise his name!

Out of those places you will hear songs of thanksgiving ¹  and the sounds of laughter and merriment. I will increase their number and they will not dwindle away. ²  I will bring them honor and they will no longer be despised.

But as for me, I promise to offer a sacrifice to you with a public declaration ¹  of praise; ²  I will surely do ³  what I have promised. ⁴  Salvation ⁵  belongs to the Lord!” ⁶ 

If he presents it on account of thanksgiving, ¹  along with the thank offering sacrifice he must present unleavened loaves mixed with olive oil, unleavened wafers smeared with olive oil, ²  and well soaked ³  ring-shaped loaves made of choice wheat flour ⁴  mixed with olive oil.

Hezekiah said, “Now you have consecrated yourselves ¹  to the Lord. Come and bring sacrifices and thank offerings ²  to the Lord’s temple.” So the assembly brought sacrifices and thank offerings, and whoever desired to do so ³  brought burnt sacrifices.

He erected the altar of the Lord and offered on it peace offerings and thank offerings. He told the people of ¹  Judah to serve the Lord God of Israel.
