I will abandon this last remaining tribe among my people ¹  and hand them over to their enemies; they will be plundered and robbed by all their enemies, ² 

You will pursue your enemies and they will fall before you by the sword. ¹ 

You will perish among the nations; the land of your enemies will consume you.

For our enemies’ ¹  rock is not like our Rock, as even our enemies concede.

I called ¹  to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, ²  and I was delivered from my enemies.

You make my enemies retreat; ¹  I destroy those who hate me.

Why do you hide your face ¹  and regard me as your enemy?

“May my enemy be like the wicked, ¹  my adversary ²  like the unrighteous. ³ 

Before him the coastlands ¹  will bow down, and his enemies will lick the dust. ² 

He delivered them from the power ¹  of the one who hated them, and rescued ²  them from the power ³  of the enemy.

Their enemies oppressed them; they were subject to their authority. ¹ 

I will humiliate his enemies, ¹  and his crown will shine.

I absolutely hate them, ¹  they have become my enemies!

Rescue me from my enemies, O Lord! I run to you for protection. ¹ 

פ (Pe) All our enemies have gloated over us; ¹ 

צ (Tsade) For no good reason ¹  my enemies hunted me down ²  like a bird.

But Israel has rejected what is morally good; so an enemy will pursue him.

Indeed, ¹  look at your enemies, O Lord! Indeed, ²  look at how your enemies perish! All the evildoers are scattered!

Your right hand, O Lord, was majestic ¹  in power, your right hand, O Lord, shattered the enemy.

and that you may drive out all your enemies just as the Lord said.
