And he went outside and wept bitterly. ¹ 

When evening came, Jesus and his disciples ¹  went out of the city.

Again Pilate went out and said to the Jewish leaders, ¹  “Look, I am bringing him out to you, so that you may know that I find no reason for an accusation ²  against him.”

And leaving them, he went out of the city to Bethany and spent the night there.

So ¹  they seized him, ²  threw him out of the vineyard, ³  and killed him.

He begged Jesus ¹  repeatedly not to send them out of the region.

So ¹  they seized him, ²  killed him, and threw his body ³  out of the vineyard. ⁴ 

When ¹  he had said this, he shouted in a loud voice, ²  “Lazarus, come out!”

But when they had ordered them to go outside the council, ¹  they began to confer with one another,

For what do I have to do with judging those outside? Are you not to judge those inside?

Conduct yourselves ¹  with wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the opportunities.

In this way you will live ¹  a decent life before outsiders and not be in need. ² 

We must go out to him, then, outside the camp, bearing the abuse he experienced. ¹ 

So ¹  they went and found a colt tied at a door, outside in the street, and untied it.

Now ¹  the whole crowd ²  of people were praying outside at the hour of the incense offering. ³ 

So ¹  he was told, “Your mother and your brothers are standing outside, wanting to see you.”

Nevertheless I must ¹  go on my way today and tomorrow and the next day, because it is impossible ²  that a prophet should be killed ³  outside Jerusalem.’ ⁴ 

It is of no value ¹  for the soil or for the manure pile; it is to be thrown out. ²  The one who has ears to hear had better listen!” ³ 

So ¹  they threw him out of the vineyard and killed ²  him. What then will the owner of the vineyard do to them?

Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world ¹  will be driven out. ²
