He ¹  will reward ²  each one according to his works: ³ 

Because ¹  he was not able to repay it, ²  the lord ordered him to be sold, along with ³  his wife, children, and whatever he possessed, and repayment to be made.

I tell you, you will never get out of there until you have paid the very last cent!” ¹ 

Do not repay anyone evil for evil; consider what is good before all people. ¹ 

They will face a reckoning before ¹  Jesus Christ ²  who stands ready to judge the living and the dead.

Repay her the same way she repaid others; ¹  pay her back double ²  corresponding to her deeds. In the cup she mixed, mix double the amount for her.

I tell you the truth, ¹  you will never get out of there until you have paid the last penny! ²

They replied, ¹  “Caesar’s.” He said to them, ²  “Then give to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” ³ 

He went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. ¹  Then Pilate ordered that it be given to him.

When they could not pay, he canceled ¹  the debts of both. Now which of them will love him more?”

So ¹  he said to them, “Then give to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” ² 

The ¹  patriarchs, because they were jealous of Joseph, sold ²  him into Egypt. But ³  God was with him,

A husband should give to his wife her sexual rights, ¹  and likewise a wife to her husband.

Alexander the coppersmith did me a great deal of harm. ¹  The Lord will repay him in keeping with his deeds. ² 

And see to it that no one becomes ¹  an immoral or godless person like Esau, who sold his own birthright for a single meal. ²
