So then, have I become your enemy by telling you the truth? ¹ 

Therefore encourage one another with these words.

How much more valuable is a person than a sheep! So it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.”

By saying this you testify against yourselves that you are descendants of those who murdered the prophets.

But he did not answer even one accusation, so that the governor was quite amazed.

For this reason the Son of Man is lord ¹  even of the Sabbath.”

For he had healed many, so that all who were afflicted with diseases pressed toward him in order to touch him.

Now ¹  Jesus ²  went home, and a crowd gathered so that they were not able to eat.

But Jesus made no further reply, so that Pilate was amazed.

So then, the law is holy, and the commandment is holy, righteous, and good.

So then, no more boasting about mere mortals! ¹  For everything belongs to you,

So let the one who thinks he is standing be careful that he does not fall.

So then, my brothers and sisters, ¹  when you come together to eat, wait for one another.

So then, brothers and sisters, ¹  be eager to prophesy, and do not forbid anyone from speaking in tongues. ² 

As a result, ¹  death is at work in us, but life is at work in you. ² 

So then those who believe ¹  are blessed along with Abraham the believer.

Thus the law had become our guardian ¹  until Christ, so that we could be declared righteous ²  by faith.

So you are no longer a slave but a son, and if you are ¹  a son, then you are also an heir through God. ² 

Then they brought to him a demon-possessed man who was blind and mute. Jesus ¹  healed him so that he could speak and see. ² 

The disciples said to him, “Where can we get enough bread in this desolate place to satisfy so great a crowd?”
